There are more than 180 mutual fund schemes having completed 20 years. Had someone invested Rs.1 Lakh in any of these he or she would have seen it become Rs.43 Lakhs. Tragedy is only 2% people earned this kind of return because only 2% stayed invested all through. Investing is not man-agement of money. It is only management of behavior. 30 years ago on 26th May 1991, Shri.P.V Narasimha Rao took oath as Prime Minister along with Shri. Manmohan Singh as Finance Minister. Sensex on that day was 1361 & at the time of writing it crossed above 60,000. Growth of 43 times in 30 years. This is Indian economy.
